On November 30, Inner Mongolia Ruifeng Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Equipment Co., Ltd. successfully held the "2019 Corporate Management Improvement Training". More than 70 people including the heads and employees of various departments of the company participated. For this training, a professional lecturer from Decai Human Services Co., Ltd. was specially invited to give lectures.

　　At the training site, the trainees learn in groups, and use actual cases to organize each group of trainees to conduct on-site drills. The training content mainly covers kinetic energy stimulation and efficient execution, and the development of elite management personnel. Through this training, the kinetic energy of front-line employees has been stimulated, allowing employees to set goals while improving execution, coordination and communication skills among individuals and teams. During the training process of high-efficiency execution ability, through props deduction exercises such as the brain-burning tower, a deep understanding of unified thinking, clear goals, detailed plans and implementation of the core content of people.
